Lovingly prepared sourdough pizza showcasing our famous in-house cured salami and favourite south west producers
We’re passionate about great quality local produce. We’ve used our knowledge and relationships to source some great toppings for our thin and crispy sourdough base pizzas, either with a white sauce or traditional tomato.
All our pizzas are lovingly prepared to order by hand with Somerset Fior di Latte mozzarella.
The stars of the show? Our famous salami, sausages and cured meats, prepared from scratch and cured in-house by master charcutier, Sonny from Good Game Charcuterie, trained by Salami Steve himself.
We can add additional toppings to your liking or switch things out, but trust us, you’ll love the punchy seasonal combinations that we’ve put together.
We recommend ordering some drinks and nibbles to enjoy together whilst we make your pizzas. Gluten free and vegan options are available too for both pizzas and desserts!

About Our Charcuterie
Good Game and Salami Steve have been making fine British charcuterie for the past 8 years and winning many awards in the process. Salami Steve is the main charcuterie instructor at both River Cottage and The School of Artisan Food.
Good Game have their production facility within the South West Pizza Co building so any customers who are dining can watch the production process as well as see the fine produce hanging up.
There is a small retail space at the front of the restaurant so customers can buy their own charcuterie to take home and try to recreate the fine pizzas from the restaurant, or just enjoy with a lovely bottle of red.
Some of the products to look out for are their own special pepperoni, the garlic, fennel salami, beef bresaola and the cured ham’s.
The production of charcuterie is an old skill that has seen a bit of a resurgence in recent years. Ham’s have been cured and dried for many years in Britton and it is rumoured that the when the Romans were in South Wales they took a recipe for Carmarthen Ham back to Italy and it was this that lead to the Parma Ham production in later years.
With flatbreads being a North African tradition and the Celts able to lay claim to the cured pork we are claiming pizza back so come to the South West Pizza Company for some authentic Celtic Pizza, all be it in a Romany style!
